Commitment to WCAG 2.1 level AA conformance under EU Directive 2016/2102 and Italian Law 4/2004.

1. Commitment
BCrypto is committed to making q-audion.com accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 level AA and Italian law (Law 4/2004 as amended by D.Lgs. 106/2018 implementing EU Directive 2016/2102).
2. Conformance status
The site is under continuous self-assessment. The following measures are already in place:
- Minimum colour contrast 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text (WCAG 1.4.3)
- Full keyboard navigation
- Visible focus on interactive elements
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons
altattributes on meaningful images- Semantic structure with landmarks (
<nav>,<main>,<footer>) - Keyboard-operable cookie banner with ARIA dialog
- Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion - Tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari (macOS/iOS), Edge
Known limitations
We are working on:
- Some animated technical diagrams still lack complete textual equivalents;
- Systematic screen-reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) — planned Q3 2026;
- Independent WCAG-AT audit before go-to-market.

4. Complaint procedure
If our response is not satisfactory, you may file a complaint with the Italian Digital Agency (AgID) via their online form.
